Any auto parts store, NAPA, O’RIELLYS, Auto Zone. You may have to order it. Oh and Harbor Freight.

My boat battery is little over 13 volt. Can it be tested using this device?

Yes. Most fully charged 12 volts will show 13 volts. It is a great little tester and works well. (golf cart batteries)
