They hold a perfect amount of smoothie for me packed with fruits, veggies, protein, collagen, and other nutrients in a quick compact package. I make a batch of 12 smoothies of various flavors during weekly meal prep and freeze immediately to protect and retain the nutrients. The jars perform well in the freezer and thaw quickly. I am planning to order more from this company of different sizes for storage and other parts of meal prep. Would prefer a set with consistently colored lids, but they work great.

Love these so much, but if you put something with liquid (like pineapple with juice) they do leak a bit if tipped. Otherwise they’re super cute and a great size for more than just baby food
