Great product, was quite easy to use. I do recommend lining the bottom as much as you can. It comes with a little recipe leaflet which I didn’t really use. I used recipes for 2 cake tins on both cakes and the height and volume was fine. Leave to fully cool before attempting to take out.

Worked really well. Recipe book provided and cake tasted delicious!! Take care not to over fill the mould.

Ich habe die Backform für den 30.Geburtstag meines Freundes gekauft, um ihm einen Überraschungskuchen zu backen. Der Kuchen kommt super schnell aus der Backform, wenn er fertig gebacken ist. Die Qualität der Backform ist sehr gut und leicht zu reinigen. Sie riecht nicht nach Gummi. Die Größe der Backform mit 25cm Breite, 30cm Länge und ca. 6cm Höhe ist groß genug, um auf dem Kuchen noch Deko oder Kerzen zu platzieren. Es befindet sich sogar an der oberen Seite ein 1,5cm breiter Rand, der verhindert, dass der Teig überläuft. Das Einzige was mich ein bißchen stört, ist, dass beim Trocknen der Form Fasern vom Geschirrtuch im Innenbereich hängen bleiben. Am Besten man lässt sie an der Luft trocknen. Ich kann die Backform auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wir benutzen sie sogar manchmal, um damit Brot zu backen.

Meglio rispettare la ricetta proposta con i numeri, ma si posso provare a fare anche dolci a cucchiaio come la panna cotta
