The media could not be loaded. Very good sound and bass...this is a quality product.. battery backup is 2-3 hours depending on the sound you use... highly recommended

The sound quality is so bad.The sound is getting crack frequently nd also their is no volume key to manage the sound...I want to return the speaker ..I have never seen such a product.very much disappointed
