So, these came in a day earlier than expected which I Always appreciate! But what i appreciate even more is the security &ease of use with using these wire connectors! It is TRUELY EASY! With these connectors you don't even need to strip the wire before using them, there are metal pieces that go into the wire once you latch it back closed. They also help keeping all the wires together! I used to have to cut wires, strip them, warm up my soldering iron to solder them, then use heat shrink tube to cover the colder joint then used tape, zip ties or some form of securing the wires together, with these you just open the tabs on each end, slide the wire into the opening and snap the lid back down to make the connection &secure it! EASY PEAZY! i would definitely recommend these to anyone using wires for just about anything! They are defiantly a faster fix &more secure than most ways. I would also def buy these again, just a bigger assortment of sizes &more of them. If you work with wire &not sure about these, do what i did &buy this smaller package like me, JUST BUY THEM THOUGH, THERE AWESOME! I Highly doubt you'll regret it.

I bought the 2 wires splice and the 3 wire splice so this review applies to both. First impression is they came some of them closed and locked and others open. Took a while to figure out how to open them. Then I remembered they mention using a pocket knife (without any other instructions). I have a small Swiss Army knife that has a flat blade screwdriver in it and the blade fits nicely into the little black rectangular depression of the main (black) body of the lock, just right behind the (transparent) lock tab. By twisting the screwdriver, it forced the locking tab to release off of its latch just a little. Then go to the other side and do the same thing again. Hold the splice just right or you will close it tight again. Once both locking tabs are released, swing the top open.

Got these to make splicing wires for my replacement car stereo an easier task. They work great and accommodated all the speaker wire pairs. Keeps them better sorted so I don't get a more tangled mess than I would without keeping the five speaker wires paired. I got more than I needed, but they work so well

Worked perfectly for installation of my under-cabinet low voltage LED lighting. I ran 24 gauge wire behind my drywall and had to splice the wiring to the under-cabinet light. These connectors worked flawlessly.

This is a great idea if it worked. I accidentally clipped a few while installing the wires and had a tough time "reopening" them to put wires on the other side. I also misjudged the wire size and should have got for a thicker AWG, but ended up soldering and taping instead.

My puppy chewed the wiring harness and to splice the new harness to the old one I used the connectors, strong hold and easy to use. I am very pleased, didn’t have to strip the tiny thin gauge wires. The wires feel secure when I tugged on them. Wanted to make sure it would stay connected while mowing.

used this to wire up computer fans. 6 fans each with 2 spots to attach. none of the 6 have a connection. going back to stripping wire and using shrink/crimp connectors.

Wife bought an outside illuminated number for the house without realising it needed hard wiring, used these to connect a 9v switch. So far so good.

These are great for joining those wire together for car and speakers systems, helps saves time,
