Comfortable, clear, good range, long battery life with noise cancellation.
I was looking for an easy solution to the challenge of working from home and in a noisy office connecting to multiple devices. Having tried other bluetooth headsets and air-pods over a period of time they all became very uncomfortable and had very little noise cancelling effectiveness making conversations in an open office a real challenge. Pro: Easy to connect, long battery life, very comfortable with quality ear cushions and soft + thick head-band, good sound and noise cancelling, easy to transport with no base station. Good distance on bluetooth. Overall equally as effective and comfortable as some other brands but without the cost and desk clutter. Con: Given the mouthpiece it does not fold flat and so is not the most space saving of headsets but its more of a desk and office than travel device.

Bit too loose but not bad
Good overall headset, if not a little expensive. I spend most of the day on conf calls and find the battery needs charging every couple of days which is a pain. However it has good interaction with MS Teams and being able to pair with my iPhone too is a bonus. However be warned if you’re in a conf. Call and take a call on your mobile you cannot join the conf call again using the headset, this is annoying as you have to leave the call and rejoin. I also find the fit quite loose (even though I have a big head), if you bend down they will fall off. Sound quality is good from both ends.

Excellent connectivity, microphone and comfort but sound is better for voice calls than music.
A great little headset for use with Skype, Zoom, Teams on your laptop and via Bluetooth with your phone. Use either the USB cable, or the dedicated wireless dongle, to connect to your PC, and simultaneously you can connect via Bluetooth to your phone. Seems robust and well specified. The controls are comprehensive and easy to use, and the battery life is good too. So, for its intended purpose, I cannot fault it. Probably OK for casual background music while you work on that big spreadsheet but these are not "hi-fi" so don't expect them to double up as your main music 'phones.

Mute feature lets it down
It's a good headset, comfortable, practical and battery lasts a full working day easily, I would also even recommend it but only with the following caveats on it's mute features that I wish I'd known on purchase: The mute button requires you to hold down the volume down button for 2 seconds, as it is the single most used button on the headset, it would have been much, much better to have a single click instant action button somewhere, I wish I could map it to the main pickup call button! Also on the mute, it sorely needs a light on the end of the mic so you can quickly see if your muted or not, currently they have the light on the dongle... yeah the teeny one you plug into the laptop for wireless connection so you can sit on the toilet during those meetings.... it's such a pointless place to put the indicator and you have no other way to check if your muted away from your desk other than hold that button for 2 seconds. And finally, one last point on the mute, it announces mute/unmuted, so not only do you have to wait 2 seconds so preempt your turn to talk, but the voice speaks fairly loudly so you can't hear who's likely currently asking you something, so you either need to wait till they finish and make everyone wait 2 seconds, or miss the last few words they say, awful design. Otherwise, it's quality build and sound is good, no complaints there :)

Works well, even in noisy cafes
I bought these headphones to use for work. I'm a remote worker and tend to join zooms from cafe's in the morning. However, as cafes have got busier again, people were struggling to hear me. I'd been using the Mac built in mic, Apple ear pods, other headphones. I tried the various sound settings in Zoom - including original audio, high noise cancellation. None were good enough. So, I bought these as a last effort to solve the problem. These work really well. There is a massive difference in clarity and background noise between earpods/mac mic and this headset. They are so good that I will be able to continue to vary where I do my remote working. (I found the product specs a bit confusing, the need for USB bluetooth adapter rather than just connecting headphones to Mac bluetooth odd,. I think the noise cancellation is passive rather than active. But these work so well, it's still 5 stars) Recommended

Works as it should
A very good unit. Despite the fact that the instructions say that it won't, I have managed to pair it with bluetooth on both my laptop and my phone and it works perfectly. I'm using Linux so it doesn't fully integrate with apps like Teams or Zoom, however it does its job. You can hear people and people can hear you. If you run Linux, you will understand this. The little USB dongle works with my laptop, but as I found, it also works with bluetooth as well. Note that when using it for calls, it goes into mono mode. This is what it is supposed to do, probably because all the sound in Teams, Slack or Zoom is mono.

Solid Performance
Solid product with good range, long battery life and above average sound quality. Add comfortable headphones. All that is now required is long life. Time will tell

Firmware update on arrival
So bought these because my one plus bullets 2 picked up my beard from time to time and it annoyed my team. They arrived and all I got was complaints of background noise and that the quality was worse than the oneplus's. very frustrated I wired them which didn't help, used the USB dongle which didn't help. Then I went and found the drivers for them and found a firmware update which I ran. Next day my team thought I'd replaced these with a better unit and were surprised at how much of a difference the firmware update made. They have spent most of there life on because I forget to turn them off but within 2 months with maybe 10 hours actual use the mic side separated from the head band (they have been looked after too so not the best sign). However the support from Jabra (Diane dealt with the call) has been brilliant and a replacement sent out for next working day. I will see how the new set does and update. They aren't my favourite headphones mostly because of the style of them (I'd rather have bigger cups) but for what they do they are good and using them for 30 minutes at a time is no bother at all. Looking at the bit that has gone on my pair I feel that area should be a stronger material than what looks like abs. The entire structure is held effectively by a tube which only has 1mm side walls and is only 3mm diameter, fibre reinforced plastic may do better here but for long life I'd rather it was actually metal. Update one week later. The replacement unit came and with in 1 week the mic stopped working. I cannot recommend these at all, you would be better of going with something else, unfortunately I don't know what to recommend for wireless headphones of the same type, we use plantronics at work and they seem to last 5+ years of constant use I'm sure they do something similar. Now to see if I can get a refund.

Excellent Headphone
Delivery time as usual before ETA and I really like about amazon. About the headphone it looks nice sound quality during calls is very good. however, watching movie or listening music sound quality is not up to the mark.
