PRO45 for Fluidmaster Pro Series Toilet Fill Valve OEM Replacement parts

The Fluidmaster Pro Series Toilet Valve is exactly what the toilet needed when the old one no longer was operational. It has worked perfectly since it was installed. The old one lasted quite a few years and never caused a problem for 14 years! I recommend it if your toilet has this valve.

Fit perfectly in my Toto toilet. I had to adjust the height but otherwise it was a simple drop in replacement. For those wondering, I believe the difference between this and the "B" model is that the threaded part of the pipe is brass. I prefer the plastic because I'm always worried about rust seizing stuff when you have two different types of metal connected to each other. In this case the pipe and the hose from the wall. At first I replaced the original fill valve with the same genuine fill valve with the blue top (Korky) but it only lasted about a year and half to two years before leaking again. I recommend using this one instead. If I could score it accurately it would be 4.5 stars. I wish the refill tube had a flow adjustment like the original fill valve did. It seems to run full blast and fills the toilet faster than the tank. Otherwise this is a much better replacement than the original.

The item was, thankfully intact. The box was smashed and ripped. It was shipped in an envelope...not a good choice, for a plastic item packaged in a thin, almost paper box. The envelope showed no damage so I am not sure if the box may have been damaged before shipping. I was afraid to check the parts. The item is exactly what we needed ..OEM. and amazingly not damaged.

Hard to find Pro45 online. Replaced the cap on the old Pro45 -- worked perfectly. Recommend.

Have a toilet from 1991 and this fit perfectly. Very easy to install.

I have always had good experiences using Fluidmaster Toilet Fill Valves. I needed to replace a fill valve and thought that I would give the Pro Series a try. It’s only been a short time since it was installed and it’s working well. Probably won’t know for months if it was worth the extra cost.

This is the superior fill for your toilet, much better than the old style float.

I actually was able to take it apart and just use its rubber diaphragm in my existing valve (thus saving all the work in replacing the whole thing). It works fine.
