A must read for any leader. A playbook that is used by more world powers than you may realize.

Usually the only nonfiction I read is science based. Just like my review on the Shakespeare set I bought, this book opened discussions with AI that taught me how to see how my own country is setup. It gives a vocabulary and structure for these kinds of things.

The only thing worth noting is that the pages are slightly thin, allowing the reader to somewhat see the words on the next page. It doesn’t bother me, and other than that it’s bound well and looks great. More importantly this book is a good read.

Enlightening book suggested. Read for anyone that enjoys historical teachings

Wonderful book, this is a must read

Very nice cover and includes a bookmarker, which I like, although the paper used for the pages seem a bit thin and cheap. They feel similar to the quality of a mass market book. It's not horrible, I would've expected a better quality of paper used considering the cover quality. That's really the only unexpected negative I can see. I just wanted to leave this comment because it did come as a bit of a shock to me.

Incredibly good reprint of a classic. Hardcover, marbled end paper, gilt edge, page marker ribbon at a very low price.

Great book would make great gift

Great book, showed up fast, plastic wrapped and hard cover, just perfect.

A short form book that reads like a self-help guide for a medieval CEO experiencing a midlife crisis! Machiavelli said "it's better to be feared than loved", a phrase that aptly describes my chihuahua to a tee, so much so I considered checking under his bed for a stashed copy. But in all seriousness this book is a 10/10 and a great read for anyone looking to develop their strategic thinking, strengthen your resume or develop leadership skills.

Physical Quality of Book - The book is really good, sturdy and has a bookmark which is naturally good. Pages with golden lining gives it a very decent and aesthetic look. Psychological Quality of Book - "IT IS MUCH SAFER TO BE FEARED THAN LOVED" and the book means it. Niccolo Machiavelli and Machiavellianism is not about manipulation, cynicism or evil tactics. It is about understanding how the power works, why good intentions always fail, and ultimately understanding what happens if power and authority is misunderstood and mishandled. This book is not about any fantasy or entertainment, it throws light on some ultimate truth. If you wish to get an idea on power, leadership, negotiation, etc. you should go for it.

Ya, not like the photo. Nice gilded book. If they had put nice thick paper in it, this would be a 5 star book. Yellowed thin paper makes it feel cheap. I don't mind the aged paper look and the outside looks amazing.

I love the quality of the book its really great 👍 and also the book are good too read
