New Alarm Remote
Unfortunately two of our remotes got damaged, our alarm company wanted £50 pounds each and a call out charge for adding to our alarm system, after trawling the net for information and guidance I decided to purchase these remotes, they arrived on time and adding them both to our system couldn't have been easier, it took about 20 seconds each. Excellent product and I would recommend, it saved us a fortune.

Not compatible with relevant Visonic units
Despite the prompt and forthcoming support from the seller, I could not get this keyfob registered with my Visonic alarm. The manual is useless and describes a procedure only available for professional alarm installers. It seems there isn't a way for normal users to install it.

Exact replacement for our alarm system.
Having lost one of our house fobs down a drain outside on our street, I did a search on the internet for our exact model and Amazon popped up which I didn't initially expect. I bought 2 of them which I was able to pair to our Visonic alarm system. Not quite as easy to do as the video on YouTube said, but I was able to key in the code from the back of each remote and they were accepted on to our system.
