I applied this product to my new shower doors, and it was incredibly easy to use. The instructions are clear, and there’s even a step-by-step video to help ensure you apply it correctly. Highly recommended!

I had to replace a shower door and when I did, I make an effort to get everything else in the shower top notch. That required extensive cleaning of the remaining glass walls. Based on a recommendation from the shower door company, I bought this to try and keep the glass in good shape. Who knew glass was porous? The kit contains a treatment and a cleaner. The new glass I could treat directly, but he existing glass required the cleaner. Cleaning using the kit is not like using normal glass cleaner on your mirror. The cleaner is used on combination with fine steel wool to get at all build up and scale from the micro pits in the glass. It took some effort, but it was worth it. Once the existing glass was cleaned I applied the treatment. That too is a bit of work but not too bad. Also well worth it. Water beads up and is repelled - it's nothing like untreated glass. Very worthwhile. I've added a squeegee to my shower routine as well. Beads of water clean easily right off the glass - I squeegee the tile as well. After a month, the glass is like new. Very pleased.

I have yet to apply the material, but I am very disappointed with both the seller and manufacturer. The product received has an 18 month shelf life, but only 6 months left. No you can't read that all important date on the outside of the package, nor is it mentioned on the manufactures web site - it is buried and encoded in the instruction page, so if you don't read carefully you will be stuck with a package of useless crap and a wasted your money. This all means the product sat and sat and sat some more on a stock self for over a year under who knows what hot, cold, or otherwise product degrading conditions before my purchase. Would you be happy with that? I think NOT and I did the research and read the reviews looking for the best product like this out there!!!!! To get the information and date you will have to fight with opening that clamshell package - another nightmare of cutting and getting cut by a bunch of useless landfill clogging plastic, which then makes this product almost un-returnable. Would I recommend this product or the seller to someone else - NEVER! – and that is even before I have attempted to try it. What I can't figure out is why put an expiration date on the package that nobody can read without opening the package and making it unsellable. If you are looking for a product like this, make sure you get one that shows any significant dates on the outside of the packaging, has instructions you can read or find on the web site before purchase and the seller has enough turnover in their inventory of the product to not be selling close to outdated or outdated material. I probably wouldn’t have written this review, nor given it a star – no stars wasn’t possible – if someone hadn’t sent me another email and link asking me for a review. Haven't had time to apply it or decide if I should just return it - if I had known about the date I would NEVER have bought it.

We recently remodeled two bathrooms and installed frameless glass shower doors, we did consider paying the glass supplier extra to have a coating applied, but after reading the many helpful reviews we decided to give this product a try. I would, as others have stated, be sure to well ventilate your space during the application process, as the vapors from the spray can become a little overwhelming. I would have probably preferred an extra microfiber cloth in the kit, as the one supplied is small and gets a little too loaded with the material when buffed off after one door application. I didn't have to use the supplied steel wool pads as I was applying to new glass, so I cannot state how clean the glass would be after mineral and soap build up. Two days after application we tried both showers and the results were good, the water beaded up and ran freely down the glass, making it so easy to squeegee off after showers. The coating is totally transparent and streak free. Obviously, I cannot tell how long the coating will last, but hopeful of a few years. I gave it 4 stars due to the smell, the small cloth and longevity? But as far as application and initial use goes, it went on easily and produced the desired effect.

Shouldn't be this difficult. Followed instructions and was cloudy. Worried ruined new shower doors. After rubbing doors with microfiber a long time over a couple days it seemed to have come off. Others have been easier. Wouldn't buy again.

We had the really Old glass shower doors taken out of the master bathroom 4 years ago. When we started looking for replacements we found out we had an odd size tub. Go figure right. So we had to have custom doors made. The 2 guys that owned the glass company told me about this product and even told me where to find it. They use to charge people to do this service$300. Anyway,I watched the video that was suggested on the package and just followed the directions. It was Really Easy! Let it set and dry completely overnight ( it said 8hours) I wanted to make sure. I use a squeegee after Every shower and I give a little buffing once a week. This product has lasted 3 years on our doors. Just in case you missed that this product last 3 years. But it has been 4 years since I put it on my shower doors. I had started noticing water spots and it wasn’t as easy to Squeegee. I ordered this again a few weeks ago and watched the video and followed the easy directions. Waited til the next day to use the shower and was not disappointed. My doors look as good as they did when they were installed. I couldn’t be more pleased! Don’t hesitate, don’t read 100 reviews just Get it! IT WORKS

This stuff really works!

Little bit of a workout to apply, but the effort certainly is worth it.. Works like a charm on my new glass shower.. No need to dry manually..Leave shower as is and 15 mins after glass is all dry. Highly recommended

I was disappointed with this product! My glass railing appeared cloudy the next day, after rain fell. The manufacturer, apparently, has formulated a silicon hydroxide compound which will easily bind to glass, forming a coating. It is hydrophobic; repelling water (i.e., causing beading) and concomitantly dirt. But I'm not thrilled that it has taken away from the aesthetics of my glass. I'll likely wipe it off with an alkaline glass cleaner. You win some, you lose some....this goes into the L category.

It was just applied. Cleaning was easy enough, product went on easy and the instructions were clear. Next step is to wait to see how it performs.

I think this is going to save me a lot of work cleaning glass ...love it...........
