Q: do I need to order smaller size than my usual UK5? thank you

I am a size 40 but fit (tightly) in a size uk6 but a 6.5 works better for me (not to tight on my toes or getting blister on heel). Not an expert but think the 5 should fit if not you can always send it back and order a size or half bigger but I would not go smaller ;)

Q: I need a UK men’s size 11. What size do I pick in this as some reviews say it comes up big and some say it comes up small.

Its not gonna help but I bought these 4 my mrs and bought her normal size but im an 11 and had to buy a 12 for my ski feet

Q: Why is delivery £8 yet it may take over a week for them to arrive? I'm looking at optical white size 4...

For deliveries in the UK we charge only £2.99 for express delivery or £5.99 for an overnight delivery, if the delivery was to take a week this would fall into our free delivery service although items do not usually take this long.

Just received my pair and don’t look genuine they look fake really disappointed as for little extra money I could of got a real pair these was for my daughter and she won’t wear them said they are fake !!
