One of the best trail mixes I've had. I don't care for the mangoes, but the remaining mix is great. The sodium content is zero. The price is reasonable.

The perfect balanced mix of sweet to savory. The crunch is what I love! Crunchy seeds and nuts along with the soft cranberries and mangos give the perfect bite! Some of the mango pieces are soft and some are firm. I like that contrast. This is a delicious nutritional snack - omega 3 and 6, vitamin B, iron, potassium, and antioxidants. It provides 2 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein per serving. It’s cholesterol and sodium free! One serving is about a large handful. It’s perfect to pack in your purse, lunchbox, or backpack for lunches, snacks or a quick energy boost. I find this trail mix a great value for the money because it’s healthy and the cost less than other brands.

Unlike other nut mixes that are chalked full of the cheapest of the cheap nuts (peanuts generally), these are full of everything else! they aren’t overly salty and they’re a great grab and go nutritious snack. I have stopped buying any other nut mixes.
