I mow lawns the old fashion way and go thru 1 pair per year, which equals 6,192,052 steps or 2818.41 miles

I require orthotics in any shoes i wear. will these merrells accommodate orthotics and, if so, should i order a larger size than i normally wear?

Based on my experience with this boot I would suggest a size larger, only because I wear a 9 and these fit just right with not a lot of room for thick socks or such. You might see if you can try on a pair first.
