Good for narrow feet?

I have very narrow and flat feet, these work better than any I've found and I've gotten compliments on them. They're comfortable. I've had them taken in on the straps at the shoe repair to fit my flat feet better. It's inexpensive. I'm hsppy with these sandals, i also got them in red.

I need to wear my orthodics with one having a lift. Is the foot bed removable?

I do not believe this is the case. I wear this often and recommend them highly. I do have orthotics and use them in closed toe shoes that offer no arch support. These do have support and are very comfortable.

How high is the heel in the Naot slide?

The heel is about one inch high.

can I use my orthotics

I always use orthotics but with the Naot Women's Etera I can go without. However the footbed is removable and an orthotic could be inserted if the shape of toe is just right (I experimented). You might have to trim the toe to get it just right. Also, you can order replacement footbeds for this sandal which is a nice feature.
