Not based on the 1818 text
I was disappointed with the product. It’s organized by volume and chapter number as is the 1818 version of the text which led me to believe it was based on the original text, but much of the textual evidence comes from Shelley’s revised 1831 version of the text (which is not organized into volumes). This made it practically useless for my purposes of preparing to teach the 1818 version of the text.
