I don’t know much about the ceremony around matcha tea, but I thought this kit looked interesting. It’s fabulous. It’s beautifully presented and would make an ideal and unusual gift. Everything needed to prepare and serve the perfect cup of matcha tea is included; bowl, spoon, strainer, jug etc etc. The pottery has a well finished glaze and looks elegant and tasteful. The bamboo pieces are well made and should last. The spout on the bowl is perfectly crafted to pour really well without drips. All in all it’s a great starter kit and bound to impress.
