Had some issues in starting such as the outdoor switch not working but contacted the seller and he helped me resolve the issue (the battery was not correctly inserted) volume controls are good and volume is also high, connectivity is around 10-15m depending of the amount of items and walls between the receiver and switch. Size is good, Seems durable and does its function properly.

I used this item for office purpose for calling office boys but find it useless and unreliable in urgency time the bell does not ring. So do not recommend this product. OXSAM wireless bell seems working well in this condition.
