Been baking for 7 years and have always used different bowls for proofing. Been looking for a size that will fit in the pantry and hold enough dough! These fit that bill. The photo has dough before and after being proofed. Each is about 600-700 grams. Super easy to clean. Lids fit well. Material feels sturdy.

This is a great bucket for proofing dough recipes. The lid stays securely closed even under the pressure of the rising dough. There are convenient markings to determine amount of rise. Trick: to get an even more accurate measurement of the amount of rise put a large rubberband around the bucket or a piece of tape at the height of your dough at the beginning of bulk fermentation. Then you'll be able to track the amount your dough rises more accurately. Note: I expected these to arrive Prime/next-day. They took 4 days over a weekend. Not sure if that that was somehow my fault with the order or their fault. Just an FYI...

These containers were just what I was looking for. I use them to proof my sourdough bread dough. Easy to keep and eye on when proofing. They are a great size and clean super easy. Haven't used them for anything else yet. Put diffinetly recommed if you are a sourdough baker. Great price!
