I ordered on a Friday and it came on Sunday! Excellent customer service and care! I was kept informed to timings and everything was perfectly smooth. Very happy with this item.. it's surprisingly very very good quality, solid, secure, cup holders (which also work for remote control and phone holders of course!) are brills, the reclining function goes nearly flat, LED lights are funky, and all round comfortable, swish sofa. Very pleased with my purchase. Yaser and colleague brought it in (bloomin' heavy!), unpacked and installed it.. super lovely guys, great personalities, smiley and helpful. Eternally grateful.. thank you so much.

This product is not durable, it fall apart after a year.
1 bought this sofa on 39.03.2025, on 10.04.2026 it collapse, it started falling apart, the back rest collapsed and would not stay up, the armrest falling off, the electric apparatus stop working, and the sofa has sank to one side, one side of the sofa is higher than the other. I contact Amazon they say to contact the seller, Furniture Outlet (North West) Ltd. I contact the seller and spoke to the manager, who was very rude and disrespectful, he was not interested in anything that I had to say, he kept talking over me and then hang up. This company is selling faulty products, their furniture is not durable.

Great product but not exactly as advertised
The delivered sofa is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, enhancing my living room. However, it deviates from the specifications of my order (see attached image). The sofa I ordered featured wireless charging, clearly depicted in the product image, whereas the delivered item has USB charging ports. Furthermore, the seat pattern and cup holder color (bright, not black as advertised) differ from the advertised product. Despite these discrepancies, the sofa is satisfactory, and I appreciate the delivery personnel's assistance with setup.

Super fast delivery and assembly , sofa is awesome but the bottom strip light stopped working an hour after delivery .Delivery drivers were very helpfull and proffesional i would highly recomend this sofa its very sturdy and comfortable .
