My liver condition has stayed the same since I’ve been on these liver pills no side effects. They’re kind of big to swallow but that’s OK. They work well.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars but I can’t. I have helped so many people with this product. It’s so unfortunate that doctor say that there is not a cure for irritable bowel syndrome but let me tell you this stuff will cure it. I don’t care what the doctor say. It’s amazing, I’ve saved so many people at this product. I wish I could be there spokesperson I would do it for free honestly it’s an amazing product.

Got my annual blood work last summer. My ALT level skyrocketed. AST was fine/within the normal range but ALT was at 76 then 69 (after Dr. retested 2 days later). Normal range for my age goes up to ~44. Last 2-3 years my ALT was def. trending higher (~42) but technically still in the normal range.Dr. thought it was maybe gallstones or something like it. Nope. Got an Ultrasound. All clear. A friend highly recommended Milk Thistle. Started taking it in early August 2025. Followed up w/ blood work in early Jan. 2026. ALT went down to 50 (-19 points). Still elevated but def. *trending the right way. Blood sugar level did go down too (90 vs 99 last time). But the only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is ALT isn't back into the normal range yet. Gonna test again likely in 4-5 months. If ALT goes back into the normal range I'll promptly update this review to 5 stars.No side effects at all, seems like a quality product, size of capsules are easy to swallow every morning, no effect on sleep quality.

So far so good! I haven’t had any ill reactions, but also haven’t seen much change. It’s one of those supplements that you won’t notice it’s working until you one day randomly notice the change, so until then I’ll just continue taking them :)

This works for me. I'm 210 pounds, regular drinker, and my total triglycerides were running north of 150. Two of these 3 times a day , and it brought that number down to 75.
