First of all it came in a brown cardboard box with no logos and the tumbler itself had no logos as well. On top of everything came in a complete different color than what I originally ordered. A definite fake with a price point of an original. Be careful

Product arrived damaged

I dont know why but i feel an instant taste while im drinking the water from it.. its like never goes away even tho i washed it in million ways possible

How is this meant to work without a straw.

I filled with boiling water at 7am, burned my mouth on it at 10am as was still extremely hot. Great tumbler but beware with hot drinks as it keeps them HOT!

I waited a while to place my review for this product to give it a fair test. I live in Florida and am on the road and in my car every day for work so I needed something large that would fit my cup holder and keep my water cold all day. After doing some research and watching a ton of videos on travel cups/mugs/tumblers this one was my choice and I am definitely not disappointed. I have quite a few brands of insulated water bottles and tumblers. I compared it to my simple human, hydro flask and yetis. It blows them all away. It fits perfectly in my cup holder without being intrusive it is actually lighter then you would expect and I love the color. It keeps my drink ice cold all day sitting in a hot car in the summer and the ice is almost the same size and amount after 8 hours or more. I sometimes leave it in my sunroom overnight which reaches well over 95 degrees most days and there will still be plenty of ice in the cup the next morning. I have not tried this with any hot beverages but I’m confident in saying I don’t think you will be disappointed. The handle is not slipper and feels good in the hand. The cap screws on and fits very tightly. If you remove the straw and turn upside down it does not leak one drop. If the straw is in and you turn it upside down it will leak a bit but not too much. I honestly do not have one bad thing to say. I also want to add that I drink a lot of seltzer water and it keeps my drink fizzy all day also. I highly recommend this cup. It is also very easy to clean. I wash it by hand.

This SM ~ Simple Modern flask is a very nice design and does exactly what it says on the box. 4 cups of coffee made at 6.30am and the last cup of coffee from this big flask with a handle was actually almost as hot, 12 hours later at 6.30pm. Crucially there was no distortion in taste of the hot coffee throughout the day. One respectful suggestion for SM marketing department… given the high price of electricity (U.K. is 22-pennies to 45-pennies per kilowatt hour), how much does this flask SAVE the customer and SAVE the environment in 1 yer? Maybe promote that fact on your packaging? At 6.30am 365 days a year I boil the kettle. With this flask, only ONE boil. That SAVES 3 boiled kettles a day. Am away to do the maths. As the great Antarctic explorer, Lawrence Oates famously said: “I may be gone some time.”
