Great for first timers like me!
I just started my sourdough journey a few months ago, so from a non pros opinion I have loved this kit! It had every thing and more for me to get started! And it’s looks nice no assembly required and seems super sturdy that it will last me forever!

Very comprehensive for a starting kit
This has basically everything you need besides the flour and Dutch oven. I really like those banneton baskets in particular. Easy to just wash the fabric covers and reuse. It helped me get started making sourdough and I recommend this to friends who are getting started too.
