Good quality, easy to install, attractive, effective
I have an arched window facing East and get very strong morning sunlight. These are thick and great for blocking light from the sun or the street lights. The color is pleasant and blends well. The only thing is I cannot open and close them because they are in place and adhere well. They were easy to cut to fit this arched window.

Love it!
What I liked: + Really good at blocking out light. There is a very little amount of light that comes through but overall it is great (in my photos the light you see is mostly from other side windows which blinds aren't as good as blocking out light as the arch shade) + Variety of colors to choose from. I picked white to compliment our exterior siding and interior paint. Looks great! + includes everything needed to install (Except pencil and knife) + instructions are easy to follow along. The instructions at one point do instruct you to subtract 3/8in from the radius to make your cut. I didn't trust it and just cut the length without subtracting 3/8in but the shade didn't fit, so I went back and cut again this time subtracting 1/4inch. This worked well, though I'm sure 3/8in would've been fine as well with how the window fits in the middle. + I like that one half of the window has double sided adhesive, where the other half has velcro so you can easily deploy or retract the shade + There's a metallic layer for some weather proofing I think. We initially had another arch shade installed before we had the window replaced, and the original shade didn't have this. Considerations: - Fairly expensive compared to other shades. But at the time of writing, this has the best reviews. I also think from the original shade I had from a different company that you ARE getting a better product for the higher price. - Not a deal breaker but the double sided adhesive was pre-installed. I would've preferred installing it myself since my window ledge is narrow and i would've wanted it slightly off-center. In the end it worked out fine and I suspect most people will like that it is pre-installed. Photos: All photos taken with night mode off and no flash - Room without shade installed - Room with shade installed but not deployed - Room with shade deployed. Note that the ambient light you see is coming from the left and right side windows (not pictured) My partner's review: "Now I can sleep in easier!" (I think that's a 5* from her as well)

Hard to size perfectly but good for the price
Good shade. Blocks the sunlight very well. A bit difficult to cut evenly, since you cut the shade when it is compressed then 'open' it like a fan. The fulcrum in the center is hard to keep aligned so the cut becomes uneven. Maybe if a semicircle base was added it would help keep the blinds at the same cut length? But works well once the size issue is addressed. Looks nice.

Good budget friendly option
Works fairly well. Would have been a bit better if the plastic holder piece in the middle had a bigger spacer to help reduce bunching in the center and assist with an even fit width wise. Altogether easy to cut and install and a good value. I'm not too bothered by the slight bunching and little bit of visible daylight on the sides. It definitely blocks a lot of light and it should help reduce the heat coming through this large window. I ordered the 72 inch size and had to cut about 2 inches off to fit the height. I was able to install this on my own with a little bit of patience. The adhesive did aid in the process. Make sure you test the size you have cut before you apply the adhesives. To install I recommend installing the velcro side first. Then separate the velcro and apply the plain adhesive side. Expand into a semi circle while gently guiding the center bunch. Lastly press the velcro back together.

Black Out shade
This window shade is awesome and it really blocks the sun. We had a tree that would block the sun but it had to come down. So I go other shades but they were flimsy and this shade is sturdy and true that it is a block out shade. Works great

Difficult to Cut
The instructions that came in the box are vague and the item's video doesn't show how to cut the shade. I followed the non-existent cutting instructions as best I could by using a bread knife and a razor knife but found the shade very difficult to cut. It took me a long time to cut it. The fit is ok but not great. I ordered the white one. It does have a gray cast to it, but I still like the color. The thickness is good enough to block the sun that comes in the East-facing arch window, so that's good. I just installed it today so don't know how durable it will be. The price seems a little high, but the quality is better than the cheaper paper one from Lowes.

Arch windows are not easy to cover!
Arch windows are NOT a half circle!! You cannot cut this product to a variable radius. IF YOUR WINDOW IS A TRUE HALF CIRCLE....then this product is probably awesome. No fault of the product or manufacturer but we had to butcher the hell out of it to fit the window and it looks terrible as a result.
