They shift in your mouth, and that rubs against dental work. Depending on what you've had done, it can erode the work. It might be better for you to have your dentist do a professional job, instead of an at-home kit. (Oopsy daisy, my poor front tooth)! BUT if your teeth are pristine, I'm sure this will help keep them perfect.

It was hard to get the bottom protector than the top protector. I would recomen getting one professionally done if you look for quality. This is just an alternative but not the best
