Is this good for hardwood floors? Will it scratch my floor?

No. Its a buffing pad. its great to cut it up into pieces and use it in 3in by 3 inch squares to buff/clean many surfaces from stainless steel, to glass, porcelain, wood, vinyl floors and it wont scratch. the best non scratch abrasive pad out there. soak with bon ami and water and nothing cleans filthy sinks/tubs better.
