When replacing a failing under-counter mounted sink (the glue failed), I chose a drop in replacement sink (also reviewed on Amazon), so it won't Halen again (unless gravity fails!). This is the sealant I used you ensure the new sink would not leak around the rim. Other herbal kitchen/ bathroom soft white caulking makes nice edges, but often gives out, needing replaced. THIS stuff is tough, and with a generous ring sandwiched around the sink beneath the flange/ rim, this stuff will both seal and ensure the sink remains firm in place. Of course I added the sink recommended bracing beneath, to ensure the sink stayed in place while the Flex Caulk was drying. This stuff is easy to apply, and not watery like the generic cheap stuff in the hardware warehouse stores. Months after installation, this caulking is firm in place, wipe-able along the sink edges with a wet rag, and "semi-rigid" (flexible yes, but firm in place).

Works well. Dried out before the 24 hours it says, but I waited the full 24 hours anyways just in case. Easy to use and sticks well to clean surface. Time will tell how long this will last. The bottle is definitely smaller than the standard bottles you use with a caulking gun. Also, a tip if you've never caulked before, make a 45° cut at the tip, and apply with your pointer finger at the tip so your not over using it and causing messes.

Easy and clean application of this clear caulk. No gun required is a plus. Used on a kitchen sink that was leaking due to a need for new caulking. Worked out great and sink no longer leaks! Great price and shipped fast. Purchased a separate tool to help with excess. Would purchase again.

Good seal, easy to use it

We purchased this to fill gaps around our home and it worked so well. I was worried about and odor since we needed to use it indoors and after using it in several places, there still was NO smell!! If you’ve ever had to use a silicone caulk then you know that’s huge. We had used the General Electric brand prior and it smelled SO strongly. We purchased the clear silicone and it truly was clear. No grey or cloudy color once dried. The squeeze handle made it much easier to use compared to having to use a caulk gun or your fingers to squeeze the tube. We would definitely purchase this again for other projects around our home!

Very good sealer. I sealed around my bathtub and kitchen sink. It dried quickly.

It works great til I opened it to use it and it NEVER STOPPED OOOOZING OUT. only used a 1/4 can, only to leak out after done using, the lid to stop the flow didnt work. Just got pushed off the top so I twisted a bolt in to seal it up to prevent any more leakage. Went back out to my shed only to find it had oooozed out oast the screw I used to try stopping the flow. So I have a whole hand full of dried up silicone that I cant use because it wouldnt stop ooozing out! For 20 bucks im not happy

I could never figure out how to use a caulk gun properly so when I kept feeling leaks between the window frame and the wall I decided to get this in clear to seal it up. It was easy to follow the instructions on how to operate it, and easy to apply without a bunch of gunk falling on the floor like the foam sealers I've used. No smell that I could smell. Top went back on so no leaks. Takes a few hours to dry. I'll keep using it.
