My favorite toothpaste
This is my go to toothpaste for myself and my children,. I will forever use this toothpaste. I love it so much it taste like coconut.! and it doesn’t give your breath and unnatural smell. So no, your breath isn’t supremely minty or anything like that. It doesn’t burn your mouth and it feels truly clean. There is no fluoride in this. It is very foamy. I love this toothpaste. I wish it was a little bit more affordable though.

Coconut mint works great! PS- Internet myth: color coded toothpaste tube markings for ingredients
This stuff works great! It's hard to find gluten-free, fluoride-free, Xanthan-free toothpastes. I've tried other manufacturers versions but Jason's works best for me. This specific version is coconut mint "strengthening toothpaste". I have no idea what "strengthening" means because I've yet to see my molars grow biceps. 😜. The flavor is a refreshing peppermint. I can't taste any coconut but strangely, I can definitely smell coconut. The pastes "grit level" is a bit more mild then I'd like but gets the job done. Lastly... I noticed an uninformed reviewer commented about toothpaste tube marking colors suggesting to only buy products with green markings. I never heard about this so I performed a quick Internet search and learned that most products (toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, suntan lotions... etc) in plastic *tubes* have assorted colors and marks that are only used for manufacturing (mfg) purposes. The mfg equipment uses photo sensors that look for those marks and that's where the plastic tube material is cut and then sealed closed. This allows companies to use the same equipment to make tubes with different lengths which hold different product quantity. Those colors and markings have nothing to do with the product inside. Instead, use the ingredient list to verify safety of what's inside. I recommend this product.

Not minty, but the texture...
I've been looking for a non-minty toothpaste to use in the mornings. This is the first one I tried that actually isn't minty, it works but the main issue is the texture. It is GOOPY. And it almost seems to not be fully mixed? Sometimes I get lumps/chunks of the ingredients while brushing, very unpleasant. Maybe that is just a drawback of it being so natural. Besides the texture issue it's good. The flavor is nice a subtle.

Great flouride free paste
This is a great alternative to flouride toothpaste. It is a very pleasant taste, not strong. I didnt think it was whitening but maybe my teeth need more help. However, this is a great paste, not gritty, not overpowering, will purchase again.

Wowza - Fantastic for sensitive gums, sensory issues
If you have sensitive gums and/or sensory issues, and toothpaste normally makes your gums irritated, bleed, and makes you gag and possibly throw up... TRY this toothpaste! I hate traditional toothpaste. Always have, always will - the texture, the taste - AND it often irritates my gums and causes them to bleed. The best compromise I had found among fluoride kinds of toothpaste was using a baking soda and peroxide formula. This toothpaste doesn't bother me in the slightest, though. It's extremely gentle on my gums but feels like it's getting my teeth clean still, and the flavor is very nondescript. It just barely tastes like anything at all, though I can smell the coconut a bit, and feel its sensation in my mouth, which is similar to the sensation of oil pulling with coconut oil. It gets a little frothy while brushing, and it's a bit goopy coming out the tube, so you have to be careful at first not to lose the bit you squeeze out on your toothbrush. I should also note this tube gives you about the same volume of toothpaste as regular, medium-sized tube you buy at the store. It's grey... not the most attractive color... but hopefully, you're not choosing tubes of toothpaste based on their color, anyway. My mouth feels so very fresh and clean after using it. And it feels NATURALLY clean, not the kind of strong chemical minty clean you get with normal toothpaste. It also whitens just as well, if not better, than my old peroxide based toothpaste. I really like it!

"Refreshing Coconut Chamomile taste"? Nope. PEPPERMINT
I usually use a lovely Coconut Ginger flavored n-Ha toothpaste, but it wasn't going to be in stock for my most recent Subscribe & Save shipment and since all the backups that Amazon recommended were peppermint flavored (which I loathe), I went searching for a fill-in that would be more pleasing to my palate. I found Jason's line of Coconut toothpaste and thought I'd give one a try (I'd used Jason mouthwash in the past and been happy with it). But I should have read the ingredients before buying because as soon as I put my "coconut"-toothpaste-loaded toothbrush in my mouth I was hit with the awful flavor of peppermint. They claim this toothpaste has a "refreshing Coconut Chamomile taste" but unfortunately, the peppermint oil totally overpowers the Coconut Chamomile flavor that I was expecting. I mean, that's the whole reason I bought this in the first place, because I thought it wasn't peppermint flavored. So, I still think that Jason is a good company with good products, but this was a miss. If I decide to try any more of Jason's products (especially their toothpaste), I'll be sure to read the ingredients before I buy.

Best vegan toothpaste
My favorite vegan toothpaste. Not a lot of foaminess like a non vegan toothpaste so it takes a moment to get used to but I’ve been using for years and I’ve always loved it and it keeps my teeth healthy

Awful New Formula!
Jason's toothpaste has really gone downhill when they were on the right track for years! Others are right this comes out slimy and hard to deal with. The New tube is terrible and you get less now instead of 6 ounces it's 4.2. I don't taste any coconut or mint and the aftertaste is blah. This is what you call toothpaste inflation and Jason from what I read with others reviews the old powerful peppermint is not very minty anymore so cannot buy that or this ever again. They really dropped the ball on changing the formula etc. What a shame! Update: I see this is sold an shipped by Amazon and I took a magnifying glass to the tube and the year of the trademark is 2017 which means this could be old toothpaste and could explain why it's slimy or runny as others have stated as well. My other toothpastes from the actual store say 2022. I bought Jason healthy mouth on here the other day which was sold by a Seller and fulfilled by Amazon and the trademark year on it was 2011 so there's some really old stock being sold on here I cannot see them having that year on the box and tube something fishy about that if you ask me. Amazon should probably pay more attention to these sorts of things a bit more especially if they fulfill it.
