Nice and strong, work well in my freezer for individual chicken breasts without leaking, good for sandwiches too, great price and lots of room. Zipper goes on easy and doesn't com undone easy either. Will purchase again. I prefer this size to snack bags for a side in my lunch box and with the quantity these are perfect.

These are just really good sandwich bags. I've mainly been using them for snacks and lunches, and the double zipper gives a secure seal. I haven't had any issues with leaks, and the bags feel like they're about the same quality as the name-brand options I've used. What I really like is the price. They're cheaper than many of the name brands while still having comparable quality, and in my experience they're better than a lot of the store-brand sandwich bags I've tried. Nothing fancy, but if you go through a lot of sandwich bags, these are a great everyday option and a good way to save some money without sacrificing quality.

Amazon does it again with their brand of items. A lot of bags for an amazing price! they are just as good as the other brands. Never had an issue, the zipper is sturdy, use them for all kinds of stuff. Even bought the gallon size.

Really good bags. They seem to be durable, I haven't had any tear on me. My husband uses them nearly every day in his lunches and I haven't had any complaints. Worth the money spent!

At some point I realized I had stopped “trying” these Amazon Basics sandwich bags and had simply started buying them again and again. Amazon shows eight purchases so far, which is probably a better review than anything I can write. They are made from LDPE (low-density polyethylene), are BPA-free, and use a double zipper. In real use, the plastic feels strong without being unnecessarily thick, the seal closes easily, and I have yet to get a defective bag, torn seam, or bad zipper from any of the boxes I have used. No mysterious chemical smell either. So far, my sandwiches have survived, the aliens have not contacted me, and I see no reason to conduct further experiments. The 6.5 x 5.88-inch size happens to be ideal for what I use them for—not just sandwiches, but snacks, small leftovers, hardware, and all the random little things that somehow require their own bag. They are also very easy to use: the double zipper lines up and closes without fighting it, the clear plastic makes it easy to see what is inside, and the size is practical without wasting a lot of extra plastic. For some dry foods, especially nuts, I also reuse the same bag many times—sometimes close to 10 uses before I finally replace it. The zipper continues to work well, and the bag holds up far better than I would expect at this price. One detail I especially appreciate is the packaging. The 100 bags come in a sturdy cardboard box with a properly positioned perforated opening, so the box stays useful instead of collapsing into a cardboard disaster halfway through. And then there is the price. At around $3.15 for 100 bags, the value is excellent. I used the original Ziploc brand for years, and for my purposes I see no reason to pay more. These are strong, reliable, BPA-free, easy to close, clear enough to identify the contents at a glance, and inexpensive. Would I buy them again? Apparently, yes. Eight times and counting. A.R.E.K. These are really good quality for the price and quantity. They hold up just as well as name brand zip lock bags. No difference in zipper or appearance. They work great for lunches, meds, crafts, odds and ends, and more. A full sandwich is a little tight, but for kids lunch sandwiches they are great. No leaking through either.

These sandwiches bags are my new go to for school snacks or to keep other items fresh. They are nothing fancy but they definitely do the job and the price seems to be reasonable. Normal sandwich size . Un like other brands I have used when you open and close the seal the bag does not rip along the zipper part . Making them ease to use. Would definitely use them again.
