This vacuum is awesome and I like the run time which is about 2 1/2 hours in my pool. I love how it climbs the walls and cleans everything. When it goes up on my tanning ledge it knows its not enough water so it backs off and goes back into the pool and doesnt get stuck. I love being able to manage it on the app before putting it in the pool so can change modes.

After 13 months (8 of which were in storage for the winter), the bot stopped picking up dirt. It charges, turns on, goes around the pool but picked up basically nothing. I clean the basket but nothing. When starting and putting into the pool, it drops to the bottom, engages the fan as a stream of water comes out the top but that's it. Tried to call customer service and all I got was a "we are too busy to talk to you. Call back some other time" No leave a message, no leave a phone number to call you back. Who works like that??

I wanted a wireless robotic pool vac that I could use for weekly/daily use, and after returning 2 others, the WYBOT has been a great choice. I didn't want to spend $1300 - $1800, and I think this one came in below $500. I drop this in my pool 2-3 times per week, and it does a great job. Charges fast enough, no cables attached while in the pool, easy to clean and leaves the pool very clean. It doesn't climb steps, nor can it be used in the hot tub attached to pool, but I have a hand vac for that. I don't think it can be used to clean heavy debris, nor should you ever use any of these for that purpose. Super happy after having it for ~ 2 months. Strongly recommend!

I was very excited to receive the Wybot C-1. The price was great, shipped early and was easy to program. After a full charge, in the pool it goes. My pool is a small 10,000 gallons. The first clean was great but must admit the pool was not very dirty. Not a lot of leaves or any surface debris. However, it did have trouble with the steps. They have a slight curve and the robot had a difficult time maneuvering around the curves so the steps did not get cleaned. The second and third cleanings were a different story. We had a couple of wind storms so there were more leaves and debris in the pool. Cleaning the floor and walls went okay. After each 2 1/2 to 3 hour cleanings, there was still some debris on the floor mostly around the steps and next to the sides in the shallow end. Also on the tile trim. Mainly, I was disappointed to find it does not clean the surface. My goal in purchasing the robot was to save wear and tear on my back but am still having to clean the surface of the water and left over debris. Should have done more research before purchasing.

It performs as advertised. The set up seems to be important. At first I had it only doing the bottom and it did about 85%, missed a lot by the stairs. I then set it to do the "Whole Pool" and that sucker performed at 99%. It crawled up the corner stairs and seemed to be stuck for quite a while but it figured it out perfectly. The App connects quickly, the filter cleaning is a snap. As for the app, I've found it eventually connects but sometimes the Bot needs to be turned on, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes I just have to turn my phone's Bluetooth on an off, sometimes I have to reboot. The settings also don't seem to lock in, my vinyl pool becomes tile, my shape changes etc. There are also different patterns you can select but there's no explanation suggesting which one might be best. Unfortunately there is no way to know the level of battery charge or the time run from the app. You do know 100% after the 3 hour charge when the status light changes from blinking green to solid green. Be sure to read the FAQ's. The app is a little wonky but be aware it can't communicate unless it is active in some way and not underwater. The easiest time to connect is while it's charging. I've run it every day for a month and I'm 100% satisfied so far, it outperforms expectations.
