I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how effective this product is. While much of the credit goes to the technique of oil pulling itself, an age-old and proven process, this oil truly enhances the experience. This works really well. The coco mint flavour is fresh without being too strong, and leaves my mouth feeling clean for longer. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my breath, especially in the mornings. Easy to use and now part of my routine.

Taste is ok, it just takes a while to get over the hit of putting a lot of oil straight into your mouth. I also found that if swilling my whole mouth, some if it hit into my throat and this burnt a bit after. Positives are that it does leave mouth feeling clean and once you start drilling and it waters down a bit , it is much easier to tolerate. Can only afford to do it 3 times a week as the bottle isn’t huge. If I was using the prescribed capful every day I think it might last 2 weeks.

This is heavenly. Mouth feels super clean and it definitely helps with stains and colouring. I always get this. Comes with tooth brush and soft bristles which I adore and a tonge scraper which you didn't know you need but you do need it! Highly reccomend

I absolutely love this mouth rinse, I’ve purchased numerous bottles and will keep repurchasing it. The taste is sweet and not overpowering at all, I tend to swish this whilst getting ready for bed or whilst getting ready in the morning and I find it really makes a difference to how clean my mouth feels.

This product is amazing! I was skeptical, first time trying oil pulling but my teeth have been noticeably brighter in a matter of weeks! It’s also helped with my bleeding of my gums and swelling! Would definitely recommend, if you want fresher breath for longer too. Don’t walk run please!!!!

I've only given 1 star because I've personally not noticed any difference whilst using this product. I'm into my 3rd week if using. I'm actually experiencing more plaque buildup than previously. Maybe I need to give it more time although I'm not entirely sure what I'm expecting. My teeth feel no different and are not any whiter. Just feels like a sticky mouthwash at the moment

Love this stuff! It’s easier to use than just plain coconut oil due to the peppermint taste. My husband said he’s noticed that my teeth are slightly whiter

I’ve used GuruNanda for YEARS, because it works amazing!! Here’s some pro’s & cons to consider when purchasing. Pro: Whitens teeth naturally Tastes like mint and fresh Makes breath fresher Each purchase comes with a toothbrush, tongue scraper and special floss. Noticeable difference in gum sensitivity and tooth color Tongue scraping makes for long lasting fresh breath Cons: Taste isnt for everyone Is oily (obviously) Some Cant handle swishing for long periods (it takes time to adjust) It can get pricey The floss can hurt at first, gums may even bleed The toothpaste (recommended for after oil pulling) tastes … interesting to say the least. If you can look past certain aspects- your mouth will certainly thank you for it. Ive gotten many compliments for my teeth being so white- even when i smoked cigs. People always said my teeth looked amazing. I was a heavy coffee drinker and light smoker. Even after switching to vape, my mouth is always fresh. Ive graduated to a 5 min swish- i do them daily (only supposed to 3 x / wk) and i follow with the gurunanda toothpaste, but my teeth and gums are fine. If you need results this is the best option to go with. You will not regret it at all. Oh and buy the value box- it makes more sense $$ wise. Thank me later.
