Absolutely love this!!!!
As an educator, I absolutely love this. On those rough days I pop it in the microwave for 1:45, spray on some Dr Teals sleep spray and I’m down for the count. Worth every penny.

Nice neck coverage
It's great that it covers the neck, but a snap would be nice to keep it closed. The only downside is that it doesn't stay hot for long.

Horrid smell
The smell is horrid and it doesn’t stay warm for more than a few minutes. I have had multiple of these and this one smells the worst by far
