Excelente compra. Soluciona problemas fácilmente.
El seguro que viene por default en el Nest se rompió, esto solucionó completamente el problema (para el que ni los mismos de Google tienen solución)

Awesome product and awesome after sales services
Although the product is not from Google, the installation is easy with clear instructions. The door bell can be easily remove to charge it with the right tools provided. The seller is very helpful and go extra mile to contact me when I accidentally submit the return request due to my mistaken it was a Google replica product. Thumbs up for the customer service.

Very easy to click in wrong way-
It was my mistake but so easy to do! While assembling it I accidentally put the outer case over the holding shell and it clicked in- with the nest bell inside and now I cannot get the nest bell (battery) out. There is no customer service to help. It is so easy to do so please be ultra careful
