well packaged and was exactly as described although I did use better quality washers than those supplied
Arrived within 2 days, well packaged and was exactly as described although I did use better quality washers than those supplied. More difficult to fit than I remember but I didn't have arthritis the last time that I replaced the valve. The connections have to be fitted in sequence from the back to the front otherwise they don't quite mate. The only slight disappointment was that a new pressure switch push on connector did not match one of those on my wiring loom and some soldering would be required but that is more likely to be a change in the manufacturers specification as mine is a 21 year old boiler. The old pressure switch was however perfectly serviceable so the soldering can wait until another day. Very pleased with my purchase and the new valve is working well.

Good buy
It came quickly which was good but you can’t just fit it as it doesn’t come with washers

this part WILL leak after 6-12 months
even though it costs far less than the genuine part, this part WILL leak. It leaks from the diverter spindle aperture where the spindle contacts the relay. A relatively easy fix, as you only need to change the front plate containing the diaphragm, but at £53 every 6-12months? you might want to buy the original. UPDATE:- My first one was purchased January 2018, leaked from the spindle and replaced July 2018, leaked from the spindle and replaced November 2018, Leaked from the spindle and replaced September 2019 and this one has been steadily leaking from the spindle, since december 2020, but been putting it off changing it until shear pins holding the front diaphragm housing and rear actuator housing failed causing a big leak from the join (both housings were able to spin against eachother upon inspection after removing. The diaphragm itself was still in good condition though. Even though very cheap compared to the genuiune worcester part, 4 failures in 3 years and the added cost is the same as a single purchase of the worcester part. Luckily i found a brand new Worcester part this time at a specialist online store for £110 with a £20 discount, hopefully this will last a good few years.
