Easy to put together
This is a great little toy for a 3yo in our daycare. He has occupied himself for one hour playing with the set. I helped set up in just a few minutes. He loves the Crain And all the cars that came with it

Encourages hands on play and imagination.
My little grandson just turned three. This is just really old school hands-on play and he loves it. He's a kiddo that loves to play though and has a huge imagination. He's got remote-controlled cars etc. But he can just pretty much play with anything. He loves the crane he will play with it separately as well as the cars.

Traditional wooden train set
My son loves this wooden set that i got him for Christmas. Keeps him busy for almost an hour and it's a nice activity for both of us. We have only had it for a couple days since Christmas so can't comment on durability but seems durable . The color is a nice wood and not too bright or tacky for the items that have color. Very traditional toy

**A Christmas Gift That’s Still a Favourite Two Years Later**
My son absolutely loved this wooden train set when he received it for Christmas, and it’s still getting plenty of use two years later! The wooden pieces have held up really well despite lots of play, and he’s found so many different ways to enjoy it. One of his favourite things is even driving his little Hot Wheels cars along the tracks. I love that it encourages imaginative play and can be used in more ways than just with the train. It’s definitely been one of those toys that continues to get pulled out and played with over and over again.

Durable
It was an ok train set. It’s durable and well made. However I do find a miss opportunity using plastic accessories given the set is wooden.
