I have purchased these biscuits three times now from Amazon, but they have come withe packets split open they are very soft and cannot be used so I have to throw them away, if they were plain biscuits I could put them in the oven to crisp them up. They do say they are the best. NOT TRUE Very disappointed Marks and Spencer customer
