Really impressedI had a stubborn mark on my pillowcase that simply wouldn’t budge, despite trying other products. I soaked it in Customchem and was amazed when the mark came out completely. It’s easy to use, comes in a handy tub and, as a bonus, there was no delivery charge. Very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend it.

My item arrived in good time, and is a good product. Seems like some parcels have been tampered with going overseas but sounds like this is happening over there, but otherwise would recommend it.

Bought a coloured top from a charity shop. When I got it home and looked more closely at it, there were two noticeable food stains on the yellow neckline area I hadn’t noticed before purchase. A wash with washing up liquid did nothing. I googled what Nancy Birtwhistle would do as I had no idea what the stains were (she knows everything!) and her suggestion was sodium percarbonate or Green Bleach as she calls it. I made a paste with some boiling water to activate the bleach with a teaspoon of washing up liquid. I applied to the stains, rubbing in lightly and left over night. Following a wash in the morning, the stains are gone. Brilliant! You can use this product for numerous things. I cleaned our kitchen sink with the remains of the paste I made and it got rid of the stains of coffee etc after leaving it on for half an hour. Would recommend. There are a few one star reviews from overseas about receiving rocks in the tub and it’s a scam. Don’t know what that’s all about but you get the correct product from a reputable British company based in Derby. The parcel comes securely packaged.

The product is fine, luckily somehow avoided damage, after I saw the delivery guy throw the parcel (wrapped clearly in FRAGILE tape) over my gate onto the concrete path, rather than just open the gate to deliver the parcel properly!

Scam! Also received a bucket full of dusty rocks. Thought it was the natural form… that it would dissolve… well it didn’t. Left my washing machine full of rocks! Absolute scam. And they have a no return policy. Watch out.

This is comical. I received a bucket full of dirty rocks. Bucket was sealed and I thought i was crazy, tried to dissolve it and it proved to be just dirty rocks. Mind absolutely blown.
