This is by far the best mass gainer I've taken and believe me I tried a lot. I put on 14ibs off my first bottle so you can say it worked for me. I mix 1 scoop with 16oz of water 3x a day. I will definitely order again.

Pros Gaining weight Cons Don’t taste as great as similar products out there. Slightly bitter but, that’s my opinion. It’s a great product.

Im giving this 3 stars not because it doesnt work, it works just fine it tastes great too but i gotta blend it with my milk because its very clumpy even in a shaker bottle... To me thats very annoying and it makes it somewhat unenjoyable
