We put them around our tomato plants and the flys and butterfly's buzzing around vanished before I finished... I put them at the entrance to my doors no more flys in the house

Have not seen any wasps or yellow jackets , but it’s still early in the season .

Update: the seller reached out to me to offer a full refund, even though I didn't really qualify for one. My comments below still apply but I appreciate the good service! Original: Unfortunately didn't work to deter mosquitoes. I waved them in the faces of the mosquitoes as they advanced on me and they didn't care one bit, lol. I also stuck 2 in my ponytail and one on my shoulder as I moved around the backyard and still got bitten on my face and arms. (I know this is not *mainly* what they're for, but the listing does mention it, so I think it's fair to judge on that basis, although I'm not expecting a refund.) As decorations, they are cute and as described, and arrived undamaged. About half the size of our real Florida mosquitoes, but good quality and colorful. The clips are good. Negatives: when you bend the wires into the clips with the pliers, it takes off the painted green coating on the wire, which looks ugly and not sure if they might rust there now. The pliers are ok but a bit stiff and small, not a replacement for normal hardware store pliers.

These are ok..I’ve put 3 out so far, 1 has blown away in the wind one night. Pliers are a waste of the company’s money!! Not sure why they insist on making that part of the package. You can feel that they will break when you squeeze them. So pointless.

The NEEDLE NOSE PLIERS are cheap/poor quality! The pliers broke trying to trim the wire on artificial DragonFly. Let's see what fake DragonFly does for the insects????? If insects still come, all I have is FAKE INSECTS, but DECORATIVE!

I really liked the idea behind these, and honestly—they did seem to help. I noticed fewer wasps and mosquitoes around when I had them out, which was a nice surprise. However, the durability just wasn’t there. The wings didn’t last long at all and were quickly damaged and blown away by the wind. It’s disappointing because if they had been made sturdier, I think they would have been a great product. Overall, they have potential and may work well in calmer areas, but they definitely need better quality construction.

They look like Dragonflies so I hope they do the job by repelling bees.

Arrived in a timely manner and look cute. I was checking for any loose ones and there were 4 dragonflies loose in the plastic bag as other reviewers have stated that require gluing, quite disappointing but will look good if I get round to it.
