I LOVE IT! I was very skeptical about "grounding" at first. I spent a lot of time online researching and reading what people were saying. Decided to purchase one and try it out, figuring that if I didn't like it, or it didn't work for me I could return it. The first couple of days I was only using it for a couple of hours in the evening, I did notice a difference in my legs. It was helping with the swelling and tight feeling that I had at the end of the day, thanks to a desk job. I then decided to put the mat on the foot end of my bed and all I can say is WOW. I woke up feeling so rested, not groggy, my legs felt great, all the swelling had gone down. I felt that I hadn't slept like that in years. I've had it for 3 months now and it is still on the end of the bed, and I still feel like it helps me to sleep better, feel more rested and help the circulation in my legs to reduce the swelling. In my opinion well worth the money I spent. Looking to purchase one that covers the entire mattress soon. I would say give it a try! One note, if you have any mechanical medical device such as a pacemaker, I believe it is NOT recommended for your use.

I purchased this and it arrived with the connecting pin rolling around in the plastic bag. I could not tell wether or not it worked. When I called they suggested that I purchase a piece of testing equipment. I still do not know if it is working properly...I tried 2 different ways of testing it...did not show results. I also used a grounding sheet and have not seen any physical changes from this grounding idea.

You must tried it!! I’ve been using this grounding mat for a little over a week, and I’m genuinely impressed. The first thing I noticed was how quickly it became part of my routine. After reading several articles on the benefits of grounding I decided to give this grounding mat a try. Easy to set up and use. Can use it standing with activity or while sitting watching TV or working at a desk. When I'm consistent with using it my varicose and spider veins show improvement.

Cannot tell if it was working or not. So now it’s in the junk drawer. Probably gonna end up on Offer up or something

When I purchased the grounding well matt, i showed the green trade mark on the grounding matt. When I received the grounding well matt, it did not have the green trade mark symbol. I was very disappointed. This is misleading. I also had a broken grounding prong.

Requiere una conexión especial a tierra, no lo indica en la promoción del producto, en México es muy raro que los enchufes de corriente tengan una verdadera conexión a tierra. Lo regrese sin usar...
