eufy Smart Scale, Weighing Scales for Body Weight, Digital with Bluetooth

This is an excellent smart scale that offers much more than simply showing your body weight. The scales are easy to set up and connect to your phone via Bluetooth, allowing you to keep track of your measurements and monitor changes over time. The display is clear and easy to read, and the scale itself feels solid and well made. It gives consistent weight readings and the Bluetooth connection makes it convenient to record everything without having to manually write down your weight. The accompanying app is also useful for tracking progress, especially if you are trying to lose weight, improve your fitness or simply keep an eye on your overall measurements. Being able to see changes over time is much more helpful than relying on a single weight reading. Overall, these are great value for a smart scale. I've had the eufy Smart Scale for about 3 weeks now and I'm really impressed for the price. Setup took literally 2 minutes - downloaded the eufyLife app, stood on it, and it connected straight away to my iPhone. It saves all my history automatically so I can actually see the trend, not just the number on the day. Weight feels very accurate and consistent - I've tested it 3 times in a row and it gives the same reading. The extra stats like BMI, body fat, muscle mass etc in the app are a nice bonus, I don't take them as 100% medical accurate but great for tracking if you're going up or down. Design is really sleek too - slim, black glass, looks premium in the bathroom, not cheap plastic. The LED display is bright and easy to read. It also picks up multiple users automatically, so me and my partner both use it without having to switch anything. For £30-odd quid it's a no-brainer. Does everything the expensive Withings ones do. Highly recommend.

Doesn’t stay connected to my phone and it’s a faff to reconnect the Bluetooth. However the scales are very good. Everything is in sections so you can easily see everything. You can create your own profile and goals. You can also add more profiles onto the app. Once connected to your phone you just stand on the scales and it does everything else for you. For the price I am very impressed and it came with batteries! The only downfall is having to reconnect it every time I use them.

I bought these when they were on offer for £12.99 and I’m really happy with them. I wasn’t expecting much at that price, but they’ve exceeded my expectations. They were easy to set up, connected to the Eufy app straight away, and sync automatically every time I use them. I like that the app keeps track of everything, so it’s easy to see how my weight and other measurements are changing over time. The scales give you body fat, BMI, muscle mass and a range of other stats. I don’t expect those numbers to be 100% accurate, but they’re useful for tracking trends, which is what I wanted. The scales feel well made, the display is clear, and the readings have been consistent.

Got this as a slightly bizarre ‘free gift’ bundled with some Anker earbuds (Anker and Eufy are part of the same company). The scales are fairly attractive and are sleek and easy to store out of the way if required. The app interface is simple and well laid out, and a great improvement on trying to squint at a display on the scales. I already had a Eufy doorbell and while the scales use a different app, it recognised my existing Eufy login. The app displays a wide range of parameters calculated from the electro-impedance measurement. (Fat, lean, muscle, water and bone masses, most as both total mass and %). Obviously these are a slight approximation based on standard factors and formulae to process the impedance result. In my case it appears to be out by about 10-20kg total weight, most of which it is assigning to fat (sigh!). (I knew there was a reason I haven’t had a set of scales for about a decade!!) Joking aside, the measurements seem consistent and depressingly plausible. The app also calculates BMI just to rub it in, and have the option to export the weight to your Fitbit profile so that you can compare it to your (in)activity log and draw your own conclusions. Bluetooth connection has been seamless as long as you open the app before stepping on the scales. As others have noted they don’t give measurements in stones. They also don’t give measurements in grains, drams, pennyweights, hundredweights, bushels or pecks. It does give lbs though so anyone who hasn’t managed to get to grips with metric measurements in the 60 yrs since they were introduced in the UK can easily get their slide rule out and divide by 14.

Good value for money and links up with phone via Bluetooth. The app is also good and has good functionality. Good accurate reading provides good details and insights.

If you are looking for a set of scales for basic weigh-ins these are perfect. Sleek unobtrusive design and responsive as soon as you step on. If however you are purchasing for the app and tracking functionality then it has been disappointing in that respect. The app is a complete faff. It was easy to set up and found the scales straight away and recorded the first measurement. However that’s where it ended. The interface is clumsy and awkward to navigate, and it only connects intermittently so not all results are saved. Have resorted to using a different app and entering weight manually.

It’s been a month since I started using this and it’s amazing. It’s easy to use the app, create multiple profiles and also set reminders for checking weight. Wish it also showed metabolic age as metric. It’s value for money
