Yes. That is the exact model that I have.

When trying to start, solenoid clicks once, no crank - think this could be the culprit?

Use a jumper wire from one terminal to the other terminal and see if it cranks up then you’ll know that’s the culprit

I have a 1995 Tioga Montara with the onan 4000 microquite should iget the 2586 or the 2570?

I bought the 2586 because it is original equipment and I think the 2570 is a replacement. They should both work, I just choose OEM.

Will this replace 3071617 relay

I bought this one to replace the 1617 model because it has the same connectors on the top as the old one I pulled out. It seems to be the right one, but after installing it I discovered my starter was bad and I haven’t had the chance to replace that yet. Otherwise I believe the two solenoids are the same. Hope that helps.
