When I bought it, years ago, it came with the one piece body suit and the hat. But beware, it is not for larger individuals. I'm about 5'10" and a little over 200 lbs.

because of the loose fitting costume, It may fit a large jacket size 46, but I doubt that it would fit much larger than that.

The smaller you are the looser it be. I think it wld go up to size XL but u wld need to wear silky long underwear underbeath.
