Cholesterol Changer
My cholesterol level was borderline, then a bit too high (243). I am an active person who runs all year through all seasons, but really enjoy my chicken wings, subs and pizza. I also eat my share of healthy food and my breakfast is just plain boring oatmeal. Rather than be a slave to big Pharma, I read about citrus bergamot supplements as a method to reduce cholesterol and felt I would rather give this a try. This one recommends taking a capsule twice a day. Well, I took one capsule a day before bed... sometimes just two or three times a week. Five months later for my blood check my cholesterol dropped to 191, sweet. I felt the capsules are easy to swallow, no flavor, and I take with a tiny bit of food. I'm not sure if it is coincidence, but these sometimes upset my stomach and digestion. Like a major stool softener. Other times it doesn't happen. Still, better than high cholesterol for only taking a couple times a week. Approved 🏆

This really helps getting cholesterol down.

Alternative to statins.
Looking for a better way to control high cholesterol without statins. Too many side affects with 3 different statins. Two friends have taken this product and had 50 point decline in their high cholesterol. So, I am giving it a try. And haven’t had any side affects.
