OXO Tot Potty Chair, Teal

This is a must need for your vehicle on a roadtrip. The size it great as it can sit between bucket seats. It works great for at home as well but nice to have in your vehicle to use when kids need to potty in the middle of no where and potty training.

Super cute, color is accurate to pictures and it is so easy to clean. My 18m old sat on it right away and loves it! I considered getting her a potty that flushes and has a wipes compartment and all that but I decided to get something that wouldn’t distract her from trying to go or be turned into a toy as many reviews for other potty training toilets said their toddlers would take the back of it off and turn it into a toy lol this is Worth the buy!

I am a child care provider and have seen MANY potty seats in my time. This one is sturdy, has a handle in the perfect spot, has a grippy trim around the bottom, is easy to remove the tray w/one hand to clean AND seems like it would be easy on the bum! I'm currently using it to potty-train girls, so I can't really speak to it's effectiveness for boys right now, but as far as quality goes, these are amazing!

UPDATE: We've used this potty seat through 4 years and two kids, a boy and a girl, and it's been great. But it's run has officially come to an end. A steel toe boot landed on it toe side down and the white seat insert shattered. It was great while it lasted, and if another little one comes along in the future, we will definitely be buying another of these. Just don't hit it with the equivalent of a sledgehammer and it will last forever.ORIGINAL: We bought this to replace a babybjorn potty chair for my son because it was so low to the floor. This one fits him perfectly. It's not too low, doesn't pinch his legs, is easy for him to get on and off, and even has a backrest so he feels more comfortable on it.The reason for the three stars is because it really is not made for boys. My son has to sit back as far as he can or he pees all over the floor. I read the reviews saying as much, but we figured we would give it a chance. It really needs a bigger pee shield to work for boys, but we'll keep it around. It still works for the most part, and my son prefers to use the regular toilet anyway.

This Training toilet is perfect. I first ordered the Baby Bjourn smart potty. The sides are so narrow I am not sure how any child can use it. My granddaughter is very petite and she hated it immediately. I also think it pinched her skin between the bowl and the toilet, when she went to stand up she began to cry. This toilet she loves and used it over and over with no problem. It is still relatively compact but much thicker where your child sits down. It has a slot for your hand in the back so can be moved easily. There is no chance of being pinched between the bowl and seat. I highly recommend.

Great size for my toddler that is potty training. He’s able to use it independently now. Great to take in the car for road trips as well. Very easy to clean.

The potty itself is made well, but doesn't really work for our boy. He has to sit as far back as he can otherwise he will pee over the front. This would be an excellent potty if you have a girl but I don't recommend it for boys.

For whatever reason my toddler has taken to this potty chair. I had the small seats on each of our bathroom toilets but she was not comfortable using them, in fact she did not use them. Now that we have this seat, she can move it to a place that she wants and gives her control. After 6 months of hard fault potty training, in just 2 days she is going to the potty. Its easy to clean, sturdy and comfortable for her. So happy we purchased this seat.
