Premium Replacement Earpads Cushions Compatible with Poly Voyager Focus UC/Voyager Focus 2 UC Headphones Ear Pads with Softer Protein Leather and Memory Foam

Nice replacement for my work headphones, fit perfect, no more flakes in my ears from my old ones..

The leather on these is slightly smaller than the stock ones. This results in the leather being stretched very tightly over the foam cushioning and as such takes away from the softness of it. Then when they are sitting on your ears its like a harder ear pad since its already compressed inside under the leather it cant conform to your ear as well and that causes inconsistencies in the way it blocks out noise. Luckily i had a spare wired pair of blackwire 5220's that i was able to steal the leather pads off of and i used the inner cushions from these and that paired well together. So to sum it up for my voyager focus 2 the leather portion is a tad too small.

Good replacement, but not and exact fit. The new ones were a little larger and stifer than the original cushions.
