Suitable for L4-L5 bulge

Effective for relieving back pain
I found this very useful as it relieved my back pain. I have been using it for a week and it appears to be helping. I use even on my sofa as I use to have back pain when sitting on my sofa.One thing to note which is called out by many reviews is that it reduces the effective space on your chair so please be mindful of it.
