Perfect hot sauce
I discovered this at a restaurant in NYC. So delicious! A great heat with the slightest tang and sweet.

My favorite hot sauce. Spice plus good flavor. Isn't knock you out spicy but has a satisfying kick. So good with eggs and just about anything else you put it on.

This sauce is incredible, but order directly from Zab's
Incredible sauce. Probably my favorite hot sauce of all time. I've finished at least 20 bottles, but I've always ordered directly from Zab's and I will from now on. I thought I'd order from Amazon this time because I had a few other items to order. When ordering from Zab's the product is packaged with a great deal of care and always arrives on time and in perfect condition. Amazon shipped two bottles in a large paper envelope with no other packaging to protect the sauce. You can imagine how two glass bottles of hot sauce arrived packaged that way. Again, Zab's is amazing I highly encourage anyone to try it, but DO NOT ORDER IT FROM AMAZON, it will arrive broken and unusable.

Made in California not Florida
It came very carefully packaged in his own small box covered with Excelsior. Great taste it does have that slow burn like the description says I think the quality is good but not sure about the $14 for a 12 ounce bottle. Seems kind of steep but I really wanted to try it, especially when I thought it came from St. Augustine Florida. I looked at the label when I received it and it is made in, Inglewood California. The smaller size is only seven dollars roughly. I would advise buying that one but still good tasting.

Not that spicy, but flavorful. I'm not usually into sweet hot sauces, but this one works. Great on things that don't usually take bolder hot sauces, like seafood and chicken salad. Good on eggs, too. Doesn't overpower, but enhances.

Love the sauce. Just wish it wasn't as sweet. Great for eggs and it's my favorite for lentils and rice.
