A good set of budget Uilleann Pipes
I am only a beginner, but I think these are a good set of budget pipes for anyone just starting out in the world of Uilleann piping. For the price I think the quality of the product and the sound is very good. The bellows look to be strong and well made, with good quality wood and leather. All the straps are leather and of good quality. The airbag is made of a synthetic material, is air tight and works fine. The chanter is also made of a synthetic material, and from a beginner's perspective is absolutely fine. The chanter comes apart into two pieces, and you can see that proper attention has been given to setting up the reed inside the chanter. All in all these pipes are great fun to be starting out with. They are surprisingly loud and resonant. No instructions or advice was provided with the pipes, but it is very straight forward connecting the three items together.
