I have a severe respitory illness, I'll try anything that I think might help me breathe a bit better. I enjoy two mug size cups per day, and I have to say, I feel a little better, my breathing seems to have returned to half way normal, so that's got to be good, hasn't it? I put two bags in the mug, with a dessert spoon of real lemon juice, and two full teaspoons of real honey into a mug of boiling water, then the tea bags and leave to infuse for 5minutes. It tastes OK. Don't use supermarket bought honey, it's not the real deal. The Raw Honey Shop. Online sells several varieties , be warned though , they don't come cheap. But it's great to be able to breathe a bit better. I'd imagine the longer you use it , the better your lungs will feel. That's my goal at any rate. If I can no longer feel like I'm slowly suffocating, it's got to be worth a try. Would definitely recommend, if you don't mind going the extra mile financially.

When I was sick recently a friend of mine recommended a daily combination of black seed oil, oregano oil and mullein. I decided to pick this up in tea format and though it's obviously hard to prove, I'm confident this tea helped to clear my chest and lungs and aided my recovery from a virus. The teabags are good quality too, and can be used 2-3 times. Very light taste, almost like green tea but less bitter.

Fantastic alternative to tea or coffee, mullein is well known for it's health benefits, helping with digestion and lungs problems. The individual bags seem to be made from cellulose, I appreciate this, it means that I'm not drinking micro plastics and are compostable. The flavour is subtle with botanical hints and mild bitter after taste, very mild just refreshing. It comes in a bag and it's very packed. You get 40 bags making it quite good value.

Was ok but the package had a different label stuck over the original packaging stating country of origin. Possibly illegal. The UK version is a much better product. This imported product is only worth a zero rating maximum score. It should be minus 5.
