Packtowl Nano Towel

For its size, it does a great job! I didn't have high hopes when I ordered it, but was a little desperate to cut weight and volume out of my base pack for a trip we had planned this summer. I figured it would at least work for getting rid of the obvious droplets on my skin after washing up and then I would just air dry the rest of the way after getting dressed. Surprisingly, if I wrung it out often enough (which did take some time), I was able to get dry enough that I didn't even feel damp when putting my clothes on. I have waist length hair that is very thick, and it didn't do a whole lot for that, but I didn't expect it to at all when I bought it and am very happy with the buy. One bonus that I found with it is that since it gets saturated so quickly when drying off, and has a slightly rugged texture, I actually could use it to scrub up a little bit while cleaning too, and feel really clean afterward! After rinsing it out, it doubled as my towel. I also have a small microfiber towel, but that one takes a little longer to dry, is heavier when wet, and I don't feel as comfortable using it as a scrubbing washcloth since I'm not confident how clean it would rinse out afterward. For this trip, I left it home.Pros: Packs super small, lightweight, can snap to hang out outside of backpack, dries fast, inexpensive, (bonus: cool patterns)Cons: Takes some time to wring out while drying, isn't quite as absorbent as microfiber towels, texture takes some getting used toOverall, I would highly recommend this for ultralight backpackers as a washcloth/towel duo if you don't mind letting your hair mostly air dry! Used this to dry off a couple of tents after a VERY damp morning. The actual towel is extremely absorbent and wrings out easily. It also drys very quickly, which is nice before putting it away. One feature I really like about this is that the towel has a small mesh pouch that it fits into, and the towel has a clip that attaches it to the pouch so you don’t lose it. The small pouch also has a small carabiner so you can attach the pouch to the backpack, which is really convenient. I think every backpacker should have one of these in their pack.

Okay, so this "towel" is extremely small; but that is part of what makes it good for certain things. I would describe it more as a washcloth really than a towel.What I like is that it is ultralight and good for backpacking trips. It also has a nice print design and a handy carrying pouch that allows it to dry outside your backpack on the go. It is not the best at absorbing water but is good enough for what I need.

If you are expecting a replacement for those nice fluffy and absorbent towels that you use on a daily basis you will horribly disappointed. On the other hand, taking it for what it is, a camp towel for backpackers, I am very impressed. Don't expect a lot of absorbancy. It is extremely light, compact and dries very quickly. Best backpacking towel I have ever used.

Nice little camp towel. It's a lightweight towel so don't expect a bath towel absorbency, but will do the job. Packs down small in the case and biners on to your pack. Cheaper than REI and decent quality.

It's yellow looking and the design doesn't sjpw up as well as in the picture. I was very disappointed as it was spends and the design was the only reason I got it, but I won't return of because it is a nice smooth texture and lightweight and portable, so still useful.

This towel has become one of my favorite pieces of comfort gear when backpacking. The towel is absorbent, large and comes in a super small and light weight stuff sack. I keep this clipped to my pack's shoulder strap to wipe sweat as I hike throughout my day. Since it's clipped to the stuff sack it's packed in, you can leave it loose, dangling, to dry as you hike. You can also detach it from it's stuff sack, if you choose. Around camp, I have it clipped to my belt loop and use it in an endless number of ways. Easily washable and quick drying as well. Ladies on the trail can even use this as their "pee rag". This piece of gear comes with me on all hikes and camping trips.

Me agradó mucho su tamaño. Muy práctico. Solo haría falta usarlo para notar su nivel de absorbencia y resistencia.

登山に行く時はこれがベスト！！！！荷物にならない、すぐ乾く、軽い！

旅行の際にカバンに付けて持ち運びました。思ったより大きくて使いやすかったです。広げてカバンに引っ掛けておけばすぐ乾くのが良かった。
